For stall adjustments or repairs on your converter please secure the converter in an appropriate box, and drain the converter as much as possible. We request that you do not use duct tape or a strong adhesive on the pump hub of the converter.

Once received your converter will be precision cut, and cleaned to bring it back to a bare metal state for the rebuild. You will be called by our tech team within 1-2 days of TSI receiving your converter depending on volume of repairs in our shop. Once approved, the converter will be placed in line to be repaired as requested and needed. Lead times vary but are normally within 3-5 days of receiving your converter. All converters are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested for time sensitive situations. WE DO NOT ship via postal service or FedEx unless coordinated by the customer.
